The place is very affordable, yet you get Holiday Inn consistent quality. Pillows and all beddings are amazing; very quiet place! What made it worth writing this review was the incuded breakfast, service! asked for out of menu item, breakfast sandwich amazing! All the staff there, specially Linda, Brianna, Courtney! and Regina are all of them 5 star! amazing value for your dollar
Needed a quick stay on a trip to Lake Placid. Accommodations were very nice. Gina and Linda are very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.
The hotel was fine, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our room included a free breakfast. However, we got to the dining room ordered and waitied almost 45 minutes and the kitchen/wait staff took too long to serve breakfast. After about 20 minutes, they asked us to help ourself to the take out coffee stand becuase they were backed up and could not get to us There were only 5 tables about a total of 10 people in the dinning room. The kitchen staff was disorganized and frazzled.
I stay in a lot of Hotels as I travel for work and the down side to this is that you tend to go through the motions and not really pay attention,, just get the job done and get home.. But it is really nice when every now and then you stumble across a hotel that you assume will be just another place to sleep and it turns out that the staff treat you as if you were at their home.. I had the pleasure of having breakfast and Regina and Courtney who took the time to ensure I had what I needed and was enjoying the food... their level of care and that act of kindness and showing interest makes all the differences and turned this stay in a special one.. thank you.

Stayed here for 1 night on school trip with staff and 40 students. Everything was wonderful. Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff and breakfast was amazing. This was the tastiest breakfast that I’ve ever had a small hotel. Everything was fresh and delicious. Regina was super sweet and came around to check on everyone during breakfast. Courtney, Mya and Linda were also great. I would definitely stay here again.
Checking in with Reddy was quick and easy. He was very informative and answered all questions we had. Waking up the next morning and getting breakfast was the best. The hostess, Regina, was pleasant and we engaged in friendly chit-chat before I even had my morning coffee! The food was delicious and they had a good variety. Next time I’m in the area I will definitely stay here again!
